DESCRIPTION:Cross-boundary donations for private land conservation in the EU\nPrivate philanthropic funding and cross-boundary donations are crucial to battling the climate emergency and biodiversity loss. when European public nature conservation programmes remain chronically underfunded. \nHowever\, cross-border philanthropy in the EU faces legal and administrative hurdles that create a prohibitive and disincentivising environment for donors who want to support European nature outside of their country of residence. \nThis webinar will showcase creative solutions to cross-border private land conservation under existing conditions in Europe and abroad.
