- Reflect on its societal role and its recent evolution.
- Inspire Belgian and European philanthropists in their commitment.
Be Philanthropy 2023, the successor to The Spring of Philanthropy
In 2023, the King Baudouin Foundation will host the event «Be Philanthropy», the successor to «The Spring of Philanthropy.»
In these extraordinary times, philanthropy has demonstrated its useful, agile and innovative role for our society, complementing the efforts of governments, associations and the private sector.
«Be Philanthropy» aims to study the trends, opportunities, difficulties and innovations of philanthropy and how it can gain even more impact in the service of the common good. Philanthropy needs indeed to be discussed, recognized and promoted locally, nationally and internationally in order to fully play its role.
We therefore cordially invite you to mark the date in your calendar so that, in the company of philanthropists, notaries, Belgian and European policy makers, media, wealth advisors, representatives of companies, NGOs and foundations, we can reflect together, gain refreshing inspiration and discover new practices in order to meet the challenges we face.
